New students planning to enroll at WSU in fall 2012 need to participate in orientation. You and your parents can choose to attend one of 12 Alive! Orientation sessions scheduled this summer. he Office of Student Affairs and Enrollment is all about helping students enjoy the best college experience possible. Through a wide variety of services, there are many ways we enrich the lives of WSU students. Staff members in each of our departments are experts in assisting students - whether it be helping them apply to WSU or identify scholarships; making special accommodations for a documented disability; providing someone to talk to during difficult times; or getting them ready for their big graduation day. Our success is measured by the success of our students!

e know that in order to provide our students with a world-class, face-to-face education, diversity must be a key component of the college experience. While the Office of Student Affairs and Enrollment does provide outstanding programs and services that focus entirely on diversity, as one of our core values we work hard to infuse diversity into everything that we do.

ne of the great things about attending a residential campus like WSU is the opportunity to get to know other students outside of the classroom. Students attend movies together, eat together, study together, and shop together.

WSU has over 350 different student organizations and provides countless opportunities for you to make a difference in the community through civic engagement projects. These are great ways to increase your knowledge and skills, have a ton of fun, and create life-long friendships. Get involved!
